Managing bookings

Each booking carries a status you control — confirm it, reschedule it or cancel it. Confirming notifies the customer; cancelling can automatically trigger your refund and cancellation-fee policy, so you handle the money side without extra steps.

How to set it up

  1. 1

    Open the booking

Click any appointment in the calendar to see its details and customer.

  2. 2

    Confirm or decline

Confirm to notify the customer it's locked in, or decline a request you can't take.

  3. 3

    Reschedule if needed

Pick a new time or staffer; the customer gets the updated details automatically.

  4. 4

    Cancel with policy applied

Cancelling can keep a deposit or charge a fee per your cancellation policy, then frees the slot.
