Per-service cancellation policy
Not every service deserves the same cancellation terms. A two-hour colour correction is far costlier to lose than a 15-minute fringe trim, so Salonify lets you override the salon-wide policy on individual services with a longer notice window or a larger fee.
How to set it up

Set a salon default first
Configure the salon-wide policy in Settings → Payments as your baseline.

Open a high-value service
In Services, open the treatment that needs stricter terms.

Enable the per-service override
Turn on the custom cancellation policy and set its notice window and fee.

Save
This service now uses its own rule; everything else falls back to the salon default.
Good to know
- Overrides only affect the service you set them on.
- Longer treatments justify a longer notice window.
- Pair with a deposit for the strongest protection.
