Terms & Conditions - Salonify Referral Program

1. Program Name
These terms apply to the Salonify Referral Program (hereinafter referred to as "Program"), operated by the Salonify platform.
2. Eligibility
Any registered Salonify customer can participate in the Program. Participation is free and voluntary. Participants must be at least 18 years old. No bank account is required; the commission is credited directly to the participant's Salonify account.
3. Commission
Participants receive a commission of 80% of the first subscription payment made by the referred salon, capped at €100 (or the equivalent amount in the respective currency) per referred salon. The commission becomes due only after the referred salon has subscribed to a paid plan and the first payment has been successfully received.
4. Credit
The commission is credited automatically to the participant's Salonify balance after receipt of the first complete payment from the referred salon, typically within a few business days after payment receipt.
5. Salonify Balance
The commission is credited as Salonify balance to the participant's account. The balance can be redeemed on all bookings and in the Salonify marketplace. Cash payouts or bank transfers are not available. Payouts via SEPA bank transfer confirmed before June 11, 2026 remain unaffected by this rule.
6. Referral Link Validity
The participant's personal referral link is valid indefinitely, as long as the Program exists and the participant has not been excluded.
7. Restrictions
Only one referral can be claimed per salon. Self-referrals are not permitted. The referral link must not be distributed through paid advertising, spam, or misleading methods. Salonify reserves the right to reject referrals that violate these terms.
8. Abuse
Salonify reserves the right to exclude participants in case of abuse of the Program. Abuse includes but is not limited to: creating fake accounts, spamming the link, misleading advertising, and any form of manipulation of the referral system. In cases of abuse, all pending commissions are forfeited.
9. Changes to Terms
Salonify may change these terms at any time. Participants will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Program after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Liability
Salonify's maximum liability under this Program is limited to the amount of the respective commission. Salonify is not liable for lost commissions due to technical issues or circumstances beyond Salonify's control.
11. Termination
Salonify may discontinue the Program or terminate individual participation at any time. Already earned and confirmed commissions will still be paid out after termination, provided there is no abuse.
12. Applicable Law
The laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is Luxembourg City.
