Managing bookings
Each booking carries a status you control — confirm it, reschedule it or cancel it. Confirming notifies the customer; cancelling can automatically trigger your refund and cancellation-fee policy, so you handle the money side without extra steps.

How to set it up

Open the booking
Click any appointment in the calendar to see its details and customer.

Confirm or decline
Confirm to notify the customer it's locked in, or decline a request you can't take.

Reschedule if needed
Pick a new time or staffer; the customer gets the updated details automatically.

Cancel with policy applied
Cancelling can keep a deposit or charge a fee per your cancellation policy, then frees the slot.
